GOVT ITI SWM STENOGRAPHER refers to the Government of India's scheme to provide technical education and training to students in shorthand writing and transcription skills. The program is administered by the Directorate General of Training (DGT) and it's designed by (NVVT) 'National Council For Vocational Training' that prepare to students for government and private sector positions that require stenographic skills. The program is open to students of all categories, including those from marginalized communities and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Students who successfully complete the program are eligible for placement in various government and private sector organizations, transcribing spoken words into a stenotype machine, or shorthand typewriter, is the responsibility of a stenographer. Students will learn about this skill through theoretical and practical methods in this ITI SWM Stenography course.
Introduction to Shorthand, Consonants Vowels, Computer Fundamentals, Computer Hardware, Software, Computer Keyboard Functions and its Operations, Computer Keyboard Operations, Grammar Voice, Computer Speed Typing, Punctuation, Initial Small Hooks, Halving Principles, Doubling Principles, Simple Letter Writing, Introduction of MS-Excel and Application Writing.
Awareness of the computer hardware, Long and Short Vowels, Spelling practice using English Dictionary, Computer Typing, Computer Speed Typing, Demonstrate Halving PrinciplesCalculate Speed Typing on Computer, The practice of One Word Substitution, Practice MS Office, Use of Anti Virus and Email Management.
This ITI SWM program plays a crucial role in enabling individuals to pursue careers that require stenography expertise.Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible for placement in various organizations, equipped with the skills necessary for accurate and rapid transcription. It will take a some amount of studying, reading, and repetition to thoroughly understand the shorthand system to the point where you can use it effectively.
